As your labor and birth doula, I can provide visits in your home or another location of your comfort. Depending on your need, we can meet 2 or more times throughout your pregnancy. You are free to create how your visits take place and what we discuss.

1. Trying various labor & birth positions
2. Discussing comfort modalities such as aromatherapy and acupressure
3. Review of the Phases and Stages of Labor
4. How to ride the wave of contractions
5. Breathing techniques used during labor & birth
My services continues throughout your labor & birth as physical, emotional & informational support; helping you and any other support people assist you during the most intense and vulnerable period of your experience. After your birth I am available to also help with breastfeeding and newborn care.
